Rivendell Furnace Replacement – Rivendell Lodge is heated primarily with wood. Thankfully, wood is a free resource on Quadra Island! After decades of heavy use, our old furnaces have burnt out. Replacing the two furnaces and upgrading the chimney is estimated to be $92,696.84. Each furnace will cost $9,800 including taxes ($19,600). Installing new stainless steel flues will cost $73,000 This project is an urgent need!
