Work Crew Program

  • Co-Ed (Boys & Girls)
  • Ages 15 - 18

Although Covid-19 has impacted our summer season significantly, we are excited to be able to offer Work Crew (WC) again this year! It will look a little different. This year our Work Crew participants will not stay at camp overnight. We will have a staff member picking members up from the ferry each morning and dropping them off at the ferry in the evenings.

This year's Work Crew & LIT program is designed for 12 participants per session. Learn to serve at camp this summer: clean toilets, mop, laugh, grow in your faith, and play! Because WC sessions have limited capacity, participants build deep, personal, lasting friendships. Working hard can be difficult and challenging, but it can also be a powerful, positive experience when working together!

Work Experience: Work Crew members work hard during camp. Cleaning dishes, toilets, sinks, and floors take up a huge part of the day but there will also be time for fun such as, water sports, volleyball, spontaneous games, and lots more! Work Crew experience can be a significant asset in applying for your first job and will satisfy school volunteer requirements. WC Grads will be given preference for future LIT and Summer Team positions.

Work Crew will be selected through an application process. Please apply early to ensure a spot.

  • Build strong, long lasting friendships
  • Learn a variety of valuable skills
  • Discover and learn more about God
  • Play games and enjoy waterfront activities
